Health Holding in Brief

Health Holding is a national institution established by the state to provide comprehensive and integrated healthcare to beneficiaries.

The company was established on June 2, 2022, in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (469) dated 1443/08/19 AH, which called for the establishment of the Health Holding Company and the approval of the organization of the National Health Insurance Center. The company was founded as an independent entity responsible for investing in and developing the health sector. This decision embodies the great support and interest in developing healthcare services provided to beneficiaries and mobilizing all resources to enhance the quality and efficiency of those services in pursuit of the ambitious targets of Vision 2030.

Mr.Abdulaziz bin Saleh AlfuraihVice President

Holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the USA, and a CPA certification. Currently chairs the Steering Committee at the Ministry of Finance.

Dr.Mansour bin Nasser AlhawasiMember

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery, a Diploma in Pediatrics, and a fellowship from the Royal College of Pediatrics. Serves in important boards and committees in education and healthcare, including the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Dr.Abdulrahman bin Mohammed AlbarrakMember

Holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate in Finance. Served as Vice President of the Capital Market Authority, chaired audit committees in various organizations, and supervised projects for the development of the Saudi financial market.

Dr.Fahd bin Ahmad AbohimedMember

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University and a Master's and PhD in International Arbitration Law from the University of Hull, UK. Serves in strategic roles and is a member of various advisory committees, including the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.

Dr.Ahmad bin Mohammed AlamriMember

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery, a Master's in Management from the University of Ottawa, and a fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Canada. Has expertise in leadership and financial management and is currently the General Director of Health Services at the Ministry of Defense.

Dr.Talal bin Abdulrahman AltwaijriMember

Holds a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery from the University of Calgary, a Saudi Board in General Surgery, and a Bachelor's in Medicine and Surgery. He has held various administrative positions in healthcare and serves on several health sector boards.

Mr.Muhannad bin Ahmad BasoudanMember

Holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School in Spain and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has held several strategic and financial positions, including membership in the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Center and the Health Holding Company.

Dr.Malik bin Abdulaziz AlmousaMember

Holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Health Services Management and a PhD in Business Administration. He is currently the CEO of Almousa Healthcare Group and serves on several local and international boards and committees.
