About the forum

The Saudi Model of Care Forum 2026 will be held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mr. Fahad Al-Jalajel, on 10–11 February 2026. The forum serves as a national platform that brings together healthcare leaders, decision-makers, and experts to discuss the present and future of the Saudi Model of Care, and to translate strategic visions into measurable health impact.

The forum highlights the evolution of the Saudi Model of Care and showcases success stories of its implementation across the healthcare ecosystem through effective integration among relevant stakeholders. This contributes to enhancing the quality of healthcare services and improving the beneficiary experience, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The forum will feature a series of panel discussions and specialized scientific sessions, in addition to an accompanying exhibition that presents key initiatives and applied experiences reflecting the tangible impact of the Saudi Model of Care in serving beneficiaries according to the highest quality standards.

AwardSaudi Model of Care

The Saudi Model of Care Award is a national initiative that recognizes excellence in the implementation of the Saudi Model of Care. It honors entities, institutions, health clusters, as well as health initiatives and projects across various sectors that have contributed to achieving tangible health impact and improving health outcomes and quality of care.

The award aims to promote performance excellence and integration across the healthcare ecosystem, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement in systems of care and clinical pathways. This is achieved through a robust evaluation methodology based on impact measurement, quality of execution, data accuracy, and sustainability, in alignment with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program and the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030 toward a human-centered, integrated healthcare system.

    Award Tracks

    The Saudi Model of Care Award 2026 comprises four main categories, designed to recognize excellence in the implementation of the Model of Care and the achievement of sustainable health impact, reflecting performance maturity and system-wide integration across the healthcare ecosystem:

  • Health Impact Award

    Granted to implemented health initiatives and projects that have achieved measurable and tangible health impact, contributing to improved health outcomes and quality of life within the Kingdom, in alignment with one or more Systems of Care under the Saudi Model of Care, with particular emphasis on preventive care and population health.

  • Saudi Model of Care Golden Award

    The highest honor under the Saudi Model of Care Award. It is granted to a single health cluster that has demonstrated exceptional and comprehensive performance in implementing clinical pathways and interventions, achieving sustainable impact in improving beneficiary experience and quality of care, and serving as a national benchmark for integrated healthcare delivery.

  • System of Care Performance Award

    Recognizes health clusters that have achieved outstanding performance and measurable impact in implementing Systems of Care within the Saudi Model of Care, through effective execution of interventions, achievement of defined targets, and high standards of data quality and health impact.

  • Pathway Performance Award

    Granted to health clusters that have demonstrated excellence in the implementation of approved clinical pathways, achieving improvements in health outcomes and beneficiary experience, while adhering to established standards and delivering sustainable, data-driven performance.
